Is there any cost or obligation to request an offer?
No. Requesting an offer, our visit, and the written offer are all free. You're never obligated to accept.
Do I need to make repairs or clean out the house?
No. We buy property as-is. Take what you want to keep and leave the rest.
What if the property still has a mortgage or a lien?
That's common. Any mortgage payoff or lien is handled at closing by the closing attorney, and you receive the remaining balance.
Can you buy inherited property or land with several owners?
Yes. We regularly work with estates and heirs. We'll help coordinate with everyone on the title and work with the closing attorney on any probate questions.
Do you buy property outside Alabama?
Yes. We follow the same four steps, and the contract, disclosures, and closing follow the laws of the state where the property is located. A licensed attorney or title company in that state handles the closing. See how it works.
Does my land need road frontage or a survey?
No. We look at land with paved frontage, dirt road access, or easement-only access. If a new survey is needed, we'll discuss who arranges it before you sign anything.
